Reflections encourages each student to be their personal best in a supportive atmosphere. This is fueled and driven by our commitment to the following values.
Positive Self Image
Dedicated to the safety and happiness of our students, Reflections promotes positive values surrounding body image and self confidence. We teach our dancers that what matters most is staying healthy and believing in yourself. We encourage our dancers to take pride in their hard work and to be confident in who they are.
Reflections helps to further causes that matter to our students and teachers. Kristen Karasek was recently named a member of the National MS Society’s Emerging Leaders Board and we regularly participate in events sponsored by Dance For A Cure as well. Both organizations aim to raise awareness and cure multiple sclerosis. We also work with Save The Shimmy, a group dedicated to ending breast cancer. Have a charity or event that you think Reflections should be involved in?

A Strong Foundation
Good dancers need more than strong technique. They need a strong foundation in time management, responsibility and teamwork. One of the most important values Reflections promotes is how to be a friend. Whether it’s being supportive in the studio or on the stage, Reflections is more than a studio – it’s a family.
